We are an ISO 9001:2008  company engaged in the manufacturing    Precision Machined  Components for Engineering and Automobile Industries .

Year Of  Establishment     : 1970       
Started by a dynamic entrepreneur V.V.Pokharkar way back in 1970 in Pune city, the company has now grown to medium scale unit employing more than 107 persons with a associated companies and manufacturing more than 350 precision  automobile components.

LOCATION
The company is situated 15 Km from Pune city towards south after crossing Katraj tunnel on Mumbai Bangalore Highway  occupying an area of 6000sq ft of covered area on a 1.25 acre land with all infrastructural facilities.

Measuring and Testing Equipments :
The organization has its own measuring and testing facilities available at its different locations such as  Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Master Ring Gauges, Plug Gauges, Snap Gauges, Dial Bore Gauges,  Dial Snap Gauge, Profile Projector, Dial Comparators, Plunger Dials, Leaver Dials, Surface Plates, Radius Gauges, Hardness Tester, Slip Gauges, Surface Finish Tester, Magna Flux for crack detection etc. The calibration of all Measuring and Test Equipments is done by  approved NABL accredited company.  

Quality Culture :
The Company has all Quality Systems as per “CQ” and ISO Systems. Company has been awarded with ISO 9001:2008 by TCL, Australia. Company has also received “CQ” Certificate from Tata Motors Ltd. This gives us the rare privilege of supplying the components  directly to  the assembly line without inspection at their end .We have developed systems so that the items get rectified in process only so that there are no chances of rejections at the final inspection stage.We are doing Magna-flux Testing for crack detection in house only.  We are maintaining all documents like R/m Testing Reports, First Piece & In process Reports, Final Inspection (PDIR) ,Calibration & History card etc.

Manufacturing Facility :- In house machines as well as our  vendors’ capacity of pre-turning is being utilised . The vendors are also maintaining “CQ” systems. Raw material  is procured from approved sources such as Sunflag, Tarini Steel, Faccor etc .Invariably the raw materials  are always supplied along with the approved laboratory test certificates. Production is done as per approved  Process Plan and strictly as per the quality standards.

Heat Treatment : The operation is being done from our Associate concern M/s Heatreat , which is also  a ISO9001:2000  Certified company. They have all types of Testing facilities including Micro scope & micro hardness tester, Brinell Harness tester, cut of m/c etc for checking case depth, Microstructure, Hardness etc.

SCOPE  OF  MANUFACTURING :
The company specializes in the manufacture of spacers  up to a diameter of 130 mm to an accuracy of 5 microns in size and parallelism. We manufacture dowel pins from 3 mm  onwards. We also manufacture special jobs as Butting Rings, Shims, Seal Races, Oil Seals, Center Bearing Spacers, Spherical Washer, Lager Rings ,Pressure Rings ,Spacer Main Shafts, Pin Timer, Swing Lever Pin with heat treated and ground in fully finished conditions.
